Each monthly coaching session is spent focusing on one of three essential leadership areas: data analysis, instructional leadership or school culture. Dr. Podraza combines research based strategies with examples from her experience as an exemplary school principal to make each session engaging and meaningful. Principals have time for reflection and questions during their session and they can reach out to Dr. Podraza for advice between sessions.

As a former principal of an Illinois Exemplary School, Dr. Podraza witnessed firsthand the pivotal impact of school culture and instructional leadership on student achievement. Her experience as a national consultant revealed that principals are key drivers of a school’s success or failure. Recognizing the potential for transformative change within this role, Dr. Podraza founded Peak Principal Consulting to maximize her impact and elevate educational outcomes across schools.
